Patrick Deligiannis
Teacher
Patrick is a passionate educator, his journey began in Europe in 2006 while studying P.E. and Sports Science. While in Europe, Patrick worked as a swimming instructor, ski instructor, personal trainer, group instructor, a gymnastics instructor and beach lifeguard. At that time, he competed in water polo, competitive swimming, martial arts and bodybuilding.
His education blossomed when he started teaching at schools in 2015. Initially as a substitute teacher who evolved to a special education teacher for over 4 years. He is a fitness and health fanatic always trying new challenges. He likes to inspire and motivate people by doing crazy feats of fitness, competition and sports. He is a competent all year swimmer and experienced skier in snow and water. In 2020 raised money for Headspace and awareness for mental health by completing in a fitness challenge.
He has competed in developmental Interclub Boxing and MMA competitions, and has extensive experience in martial arts and still trains and competes.
He has also competed in the International Natural Body Building Association (INBA).
In 2009-2012 instructed and presented a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Tai-Chi to at the 20th Annual G.R.A.F.T.S Fitness Convention.
Patrick has trained at the Budo Academy Komotini Dias-Megas Alexandros team in Ju-Jitsu, Judo, Ne-waza, Okinawa Karate and Self-defense.
